Adductor squeeze: 1min x3
Lateral squat: 10x10x3
Squats: warmups, 196x2x2
Warmups
Bench: warmups, 161x3x2
Deadlifts: warmups, 202.5x1x2

Notes
Last squat and deadlift session, only a bench session to go.  Squats felt good, bench moved ok, lower back was sore and deadlifts didn't feel like it.  Also a Friday afternoon and just feeling tired.  No psyche up, no caffeine, just out of work and home.  Feels like a weekend of napping should occur.
