Bench: warmups, 190x1, 200x1, 170x6x2
Rows: warmups, 120x6x3
Incline press: Warmups, 100x15, 110x15, 120x15
Pulldowns: five sets with 60kg for some

Good day. Should have called the bench @190 but 200 sounded cooler.
