Notes
Depressingly, the radiculopathy I have been suffering from since June last year, until December, and then from August, until recently, has gotten worse once again.  So trying to limit my work to lower body leg ex/curl.   I think the arm work set it off again.

Warmups
Incline bench (#3 ~30deg): warmups, 90x1, 60x8, 70x8, 75x8
Cable row: warmup, 50x12x5
Pushups: 15x3
Negative Chins: 3x3

Notes
Shoulder was hurting for the first time in a week or so.  After squats yesterday.  Benched in the evening, it moved ok for what it was.  Higher incline is weirder thats for sure.

Notes
Fast session.  Just did lying curls instead of splitting it across standing/lying.  Will probably split it next week, assuming I get off my butt quicker.
