Walk
Adductor squeeze, Lateral squat, Copenhagen 
High bar squat: warmups, 175x5, 190x1
Banded straight arm, banded rear delt, RC flyes
T&G Bench: warmups, 90x10x5 (+5kg next week)
Pulldowns: warmups, 60x15, 70x14, x12, x10
SSB split squat (front elevated): 0x10, 25x20, 35x10
Leg Extension: 25x40, BFR 25x25x3
Pushdowns: 10x30, 15x20, 20x20, 25x20

Notes
First session heading into the new year. Still more hypertrophy related, but getting there.  Doing specific warmups for upper and lower that include adductors and RC work.  Onwards.
