Cardio
Treadmill: 15minutes (2deg incline)

Weights
Squat: warmups, 140x1x2, 180x1, 205x1, 210x1, 165x3x2

Evenin cardio
Walking: 3.0km

Notes
Yes, I trained again. Its a seldomly practiced item at the moment. Squats are strong, probably around the heaviest that I have performed with no belt. Bodyweight helps this.
