Incline bench, db bench, flyes, side raises, pushdowns

Notes
Hypertrophy block.  Arrived back from Singapore yesterday afternoon so feeling toasted quickly.  Only did one exercise session while away, which was a 20min treadmill block followed by whole body higher rep session and then a jump in the pool, staring at the skyline and drinking beer.
