Pretty nice session really.  A simple wave training, which I have enjoyed in the past.  Could have gone for a third, but will leave that for the second/third weeks.

24deg and squatting.  Warm for me, slightly humid too.  Legs sucked mainly because of ~4weeks of no squatting.
