Squats: warmups, 100x10x3
Leg curls: lots of sets of 10-20
Xtrainer: 200kcal/15mins

Notes
24deg and squatting.  Warm for me, slightly humid too.  Legs sucked mainly because of ~4weeks of no squatting.
