Bench: warmups, 120x10, 135x10, 150x10
Banded leg curls: 4sets
Bb curls: 20x10, 27.5x10, 35x10
Grip thing: 40x10x3

Gonna be sore tomorrow. Back wasn't ready for doing too high reps on squat, plus first early morning for some time.
