Warmups
Bench: warmups, 190x1 (last warmup), 205x1, 195x2x2

Notes
Last heavy day before competition.  Basically opener and slightly heavier than planned second attempt.  Good day.  Left bicep/shoulder felt a little eh, but strong lifts all around.
