Deadlifts: lots of sets to 100x3x3
Natural GH raise: reverse bandP+Bx8x5
Banded leg curl: P+Bx30x3

Notes
Great session.  Deadlifts didn't feel that great, but the natural GH felt great.  Sore hamstrings, but hell it felt good.
