Warmups
Bench: warmups, 187x1, 176x2x3
Rope pulldowns: few sets
Pin press: warmups, 175x2, 177.5x2, 180x2
Rope pushdowns: 30x12x3

Notes
Good session.  Compared this to my 182.5 prior to the Club lift.  It moved way faster, and I held it before and after.  I also help the 180 pin press for some time after.  The pin press was hard, as they always are, but solid.  Happy.  Two more sessions.
