Warmups
Bench: warmups, 166.5x3x3
Overhead pin press: warmups, 60x3x5
Rope pushdowns: warmups, 30x12x4, 30x20
Cable rows: warmups, 50x12x4, 50x30

Notes
Ok session.  Not perfect technique on the bench, but it moved smoothly enough.  Heaviest Wednesday for quite some time.  I am making progress, but its step by step.  Overhead presses are good, just adding volume, and then will add weight.  Its about the smooth movement, rather than straining.  Three more sessions.  One heavy, two lighter, then go time.
