Weeee. These sessions take some time but happy with the work. Should have gone straight to 180 for the first, but was nervous (even though I classified my 190 as RPE8.5. Shouldn't have, and went to 181.5 for the 400lb mark. A nice step forward. Have a few more ideas for my Nationals block. Going to be some fun.
