Warmups
Banded work, Y, pushup plus, lateral lunge
Incline bench (#1): warmups, 70x8, 77.5x8, 80x8
Sumo deadlift: warmups, 202.5x1, 162x5
RDL: 100x12
Lying extensions: 25x20, 30x20x2
Cable row: warmups, 50x12, 70x12x2

Notes
Hot as hell in the garage.  Started at 24, fin at 27.  Was 95% humidity and dropped to 70%.  So the "feels like" was 28 and now 29 :(

Went ok.  But straps were required.  I am glad NZ powerlifting season is in winter.
