Warmups
Foam press: warmups, 115.5x7x4
HB Squats: warmups, 170x1, 138.5x5x3
Pulldowns: 50x12x3
Overhead press: warmups, 63x6x3

Notes
Things moved nicely.  Overhead first set was not nice, but realised I had wore shoes taller than I used to, so the pin I press from was set a little low.
