Side Lateral Squat: BWx8, 10x8x2
Copenhagen leg: 12 raises isometric style
Notes
Can do full range movement, but need to get stronger. The next few weeks I shall get much stronger on lateral squat. Safety squat bar would be useful, but will try the normal barbell as well.
