High bar squats: warmups, 145x7x2
Leg extension: 20x30x3
superset
Leg curl: 20x30x3
Copenhagen adductor: 15x3

Notes
Messed around this morning and then had a call to Europe, so didn't get to train this morning, but got wrapped up this evening.  Everything moved ok.
