Notes
Weeeee.  Final week.  Solid squat.  Attempting to improve my bracing in squats, didn't quite work but was better than normal.  Will get better.  The squat was solid, the first backdown messed up slightly, but raised the weight and made it easier.  Bench was just painful :|  Next.
