Rev grip Pulldown: 60x12, straps 60x20x3
Lying extensions: 40x12, 60x12, 70x8x2, 72.5x8
Db twist curls: 15x12, 17.5x12x2
Notes
First real bench session for weeks. Taking it slowly, so RPE target was well under. Continuing to use the slightly narrower grip (1 finger closer). Deadlifts felt ok, getting to better pulling position, so need to continue this.
