Notes
Day was ok, right shoulder is feeling a little beat. 2board was comfortable, groove wasnt perfect, neither was body positioning, but weight was easy. Liftouts were rather heavy. The pendlays were good, but I stopped at the 21reps as my stomach contents would have made a visit to the floor if I continued.
