Note
I felt fatigued going into this, as the sleep over the weekend was not the best. It definitely showed in the lockout strength that dropped off quickly. Speed off the chest was fine, but I was just not recovered from the board work on Friday, or the deadlift for that matter.
I will make a definite effort next week to work on recovery. Weight is good.
