Note
Did not have a great sleep, and the stomach was not feeling well after an excessive weekend. Then I forgot my pushups as a part of my warmup, so my lifts did not feel quite right. The best lift of the day was 205, technique was spot on, speed good and lockout very strong. 202.5 was pathetic in comparison. Pendlays left me lying on the ground breathing hard but it got better from there.
