Note
Left hand bicep tendon is inflamed, so this didn't really feel that great. Speed was good considering. Will have to lay off the curls for a bit, combining them with lots of benching = pain. Depth jumps were good until I landed on my heel, so I went around for another rep and kicked the box over like an idiot. Picked it up and carried on with what I was doing. Box squats were done sitting waaay back, and my back protested at this.
