Pec Machine Flyes: 5sets of 10 up to 67
Rear delt machine: 5sets of 10 up to 67

Other
Cycle: 20minutes(#9/90-105rpm)

Notes
Very hard. Did longer cardio instead of doing some higher intensity stuff.
