Notes
Not overly hot, but felt quite humid (even though the internet tells me its 50-60%, down from the 100% overnight) I do know I was sweating when I walked the kids to school. Weights were around 75% of Monday's loading and reasonable workload. The cardio torched me, I can definately feel the low carb kicking in fully.
If you are looking for the answer to life, the universe and everything... this is not a good place to start.

Warmups
Rower: 10minutes (#1, 2:09.4/500m)
Main
Sumo Deadlifts: warmups, 170x3
Overhead press: warmups, 75x3
Other
Treadmill: 30minutes (1-3incline, 5.5kmh)
Notes
Muggy day, so I was sweating hard before I started. Nothing like the training plan I had thought of last week, but its just making do with what I have time for. Lowered carbs as well, so it was double the fun.

Had to do a quick session at home due to running out of time for the gym during the day. I should attempt to get to bed sometime before midnight and I am sure everything will flow better.
