Notes
Not overly hot, but felt quite humid (even though the internet tells me its 50-60%, down from the 100% overnight) I do know I was sweating when I walked the kids to school. Weights were around 75% of Monday's loading and reasonable workload. The cardio torched me, I can definately feel the low carb kicking in fully.
