Cardio
Xtrainer: 15minutes moderate

Weights
Squats (+belt): warmups, 180x1, 200x1, 210x1, 220x1, 180x5, 180x3
Reverse purple bench: warmups, 140x1, 170x1, 185x1, 145x10
Pulldowns: warmups, 89x5

Notes
Not a bad session. Still quite sore from Tuesdays session, but weights were pretty reasonable. Heaviest I have squatted in ages, and bench was OK considering I haven't trained it in months. Neither bench or squat were true maxes, but heavy enough for the day.

Yes, I trained again. Its a seldomly practiced item at the moment. Squats are strong, probably around the heaviest that I have performed with no belt. Bodyweight helps this.
