Incline press, machine bench, pulldowns, side raises, curls & pushdowns
Rower: 10mins at suck
Treadmill: 25mins or so
Notes
After a couple of weeks, joint pains, sickness, headaches, lots of work. Getting back into it. Time for a different focus for a bit. A bit more conditioning as I am fat as hell and way out of shape.
