Bench: warmups, 152.5x7x3
Highbar squats: warmups, 165x5x3
Pin press: warmups, 155x6x2
Notes
Not a hard session but the lower back/SI felt off so the squats were more awkward than they should have been. Ok for benching. Some assistance stuff tonight.
