Warmups
Sumo deadlifts: bunch of singles at 60, 100 and a few at 140
Pendlay rows: warmups, 80x8, 100x8, 115x8x2
Cable rows: 50x12, 70x12, 80x12x2
Notes
First pulls for a bit, so did sumo. Of course.
