Notes
Bleh.  Spent the day traveling and going to a fair, so it was fun, but meant I had to compromise the training.  Singles felt good, everything else felt like garbage.  Including still having an eh issue with the lockout again, on the left.  Pin press was too heavy, should have just stuck with 155.
