Warmups
Split squats: warmups, ??x12x5
Sumo deadlifts: warmups, 200x1, 220x1, 189x4x3
Nordic curls: BWx12x5

Notes
Rather garbage day.  Deadlifts felt off, even though I hit a new heavy single PR.  I should have called it at 200 rather than jumping.  I knew I could do the 220, but didn't need to do the 220.  No straps as well.  Hamstrings were crying after the sets as well.  While it was on the % target, it was too heavy for rep work.  Will adjust this for next week.
