HB Squats: warmups, 177x1, 151x5x2
CG 1board: warmups, 140x6. 145x6x2
Pulldowns: warmup, 60x12x5
Notes
Bleh. Didn't feel great. Bench sucky. Highbar squats felt ok for the single and the first set, but the adductor was feeling a little titchy, so stopped early , for the better part of valor. Bench needs a break, and then restart the cycle, as its been dragged on a little too long. Which is realistically what is happening next week.
