Pulldowns: warmups, 50x12, 60x12x4
Close grip 1board: warmups, 130x6, 135x6, 137.5x6x2
Notes
Woke really early, so did the session first thing when I could get caffeinated up, rather than being tired in the evening when its best not to. Bench was feeling tired, but got through with a tricep pump. For whatever reason, the close grip work felt good. Undershot RPE a little, but better to take it easier this week.
