Trying to get the body moving a bit more on Sundays.

Monday: Bench

Tuesday: Adductor1/Squat/quads
Wednesday: Bench/shoulders/triceps
Thursday: Adductor 2/Deadlift/Hamstrings
Saturday: Bench/Triceps
Sunday: Adductor series/Stretching
Mainly to get more work done across the week, do less per session as I am old, and still progress. Will also be working on my training blocks post-regionals.
