Incline widegrip bench: warmups, 60x8x3, 80x8, 100x8
Pushups: bwx12x3
Banded flyes: lots
Neck stuff, stretching etc.

Still stupid ass neck, which I could feel from the weight on my shoulders for lunges... Deadlifts moved ok.
