Not funny
Had a sorta regression, but driven by sleeping on the wrong side which still tears it up.
Had done squats to 120, with leg extensions before hand on Tuesday. Then left it for the week. The shoulder got stirred up by driving to Paekakariki on Saturday but bounced back quickly.
