Warmups
Foam press: warmups, 115x6, 122.5x6, 127.5x6
Comp squats: warmups, 200x1, 215x1, 178x4x2
Pulldowns close: 50x12x4

Notes
Bleh.  Foam was ok, squats were average but moved ok.  All fun and games.  Lower back feeling a bit eh.
