Notes
Had done some thing with my shoulder while playing around with my kid, so the whole bench felt a little wonkier than it has been lately, but strength was there, and then some. Took a bigger bite than planned, but still not a 'max' like I had been doing quite a few weeks ago around the 150 mark. Happy.
