Adductor squeeze

Paused highbar: warmups, 100x5, 110x5, 120x5, 140x1
Leg extension; 20x30x3
Pulldowns: 50x12x3
Curls: 15x25x2
Single arm pushdowns: 10x25x2
Forearm thing: 20x30x2

Notes
woooooo.  First real day of training.  Will step it upwards as I start to feel better under the bar.  It wasn't bad really.  Will hurt later.
