Adductor squeeze
Lateral squats
High Bar squats: warmups, 180x5x2
Bench press: warmups, 150x7, 155x7 messy

Notes
Good session but hot.  Don't know if jumping to 155 was the best move, but it moved ok until my triceps fell off.
