Bench: warmups, 136x7x3
Pulldowns: 50x12, 60x12x3
Notes
First AM of the year. Felt off. Squats didn't feel smooth but things moved ok realistically. Endurance is lacking in the morning, really noticed it on bench. Likely need more feeding prior to lifting.
