Notes
Feeling slightly stiff from my usual garbage Sunday night sleep and residual stiffness from the spot/loading. Realistically, the sleep was better than normal, and had a pretty solid sleep on Saturday night. Squats moved well, possibly could have did the 200 for the same RIR, but progress.
