Walk
Warmups
Bench: warmups, 160x1x3
Pulldowns: 50x12x3
Adductor squeeze, lateral squats
Squats: warmups, 195x5

Notes
Bench felt eh, sore shoulder/out of position, until the last single.  Still having some issues with my squat.  Largely the stupid ankle that doesn't want to move fully into the squat.  Seems to be better when and if it cracks, but then regresses.  I need to stretch a lot beforehand.  Last squat before regional champs, and pretty much where I will be doing my single.   200.  Thats all she wrote.
