Walk
Adductor squeeze, weighted lateral squats
High bar squats: warmups, 150x7x2
Paused DL: warmups, 182.5x3x2
Copenhagen: 15x3

Notes
Lower back still sore, but I had a couple of OK nights for sleep.  Squats were comfortable, deadlifts a little less so.  But not impossible.  Ran out of time for leg curls.
