Adductor squeeze, RDL
Deadlifts: warmups, 212.5x4x2
Rev grip pulldowns: 50x12x3
RDL: warmups, 110x8, 130x8
Single arm pushdowns: 10x12, 15x12x3
Notes
Legs were sore after the squats, but this moved ok. Adductor was a bit funky but think it was just DOMS.
RDL was ok, but didn't really feel like pushing it hard.
