Wide pulldowns: 50x12x3
Pin press: warmups, 160x3, 165x3
Notes
Back is fooked. Doh. Have been stretching it, but will give it a couple of days of nothing to stop stressing it. Happy with the 170. Back to where I was. But the back also impacts it as I lose tension with the sharp pain.
