Pin press: warmups, 160x3x2
Rope pushdowns: 10x8, 15x8x3
Forearm thing, side raises
Notes
Not snappy, but moved. Bench is feeling a little different. Less snappy this week, more muscle. Weird. Back is settling down, still not the greatest.
