Deadlifts: warmups, 245x4, 222.5x4
Notes
Ouch. Heavy day. Things went well but still suffering a little anxiety leading up to the deadlifts. Then its such fatiguing work that I dropped a set off on the downs. Its enough. Thats a solid week 4 deadlift result.
